Tu Do International Services Co., Ltd. (“Tu Do”) — internal tool at social.duhoctudo.com (“Tu Do Social OS”).

1. Who this tool is for
Tu Do Social OS is an internal tool, available only to Tu Do staff with a company-issued account, used to manage and publish posts to the company's own social channels (TikTok, Facebook Pages, YouTube). It is not open to public sign-up, is not offered as a service to third parties, and is free of charge.
2. Accounts and responsibilities
- Accounts are issued by the company to a named person; passwords and 2-step codes must not be shared.
- Each person works only on the channels assigned to them; every action is written to an audit log.
- Every post must be approved by an authorised reviewer before the system publishes or schedules it.
3. Connecting platform channels
Channels are connected through each platform's official authorisation flow (OAuth) — the tool never asks for or stores channel passwords. By using the YouTube features of this tool, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service; data on Google's side is processed under the Google Privacy Policy. You may revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Use of the TikTok and Facebook features is likewise subject to those platforms' terms.
4. Data
How we collect, use, store and delete data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using this tool you confirm that you have read and accepted that policy.
5. Prohibited use
- Publishing content that breaks Vietnamese law or the platforms' rules.
- Bypassing the approval step, escalating your own permissions, or accessing channels not assigned to you.
- Exporting data out of the system without the company's permission.
6. Ending access
The company may lock an account when a person leaves or breaches these terms. Work data remains the property of the company.
7. Changes
When these terms change we update this page and state the new effective date.
